The challenge

I managed the editorial strategy for four of the group's channels (Discovery Channel, Discovery Science, Discovery Investigation, and Discovery Family). The challenge: conceptualizing a premium visual ecosystem and ensuring strong artistic consistency across all touchpoints—from digital to live events—to elevate their programming.

My role

As a Creative Producer, I was at the core of all marketing activations. I steered the production of communication assets from A to Z: creating key visuals, event materials, print and digital campaigns, and designing a dedicated portal for the channels. My broad scope of work showcased the full spectrum of visual production, leading me to even produce on-air commercials and motion design for a trailer.

Digital Strategy

I conceptualized and managed the Discovery digital portal dedicated to several of the group’s channels, including Discovery Channel, Discovery Science, Discovery Family, and Investigation Discovery. From content management to visual direction, this project allowed me to develop an approach blending user experience, brand identity, and large-scale digital production.

Channel Launch Campaigns

I contributed to the art direction and oversaw the production of print, video, and digital assets for the launch events of Investigation Discovery and Discovery Family. From event design to the creation of collateral, I also produced and edited the aftermovies for these press events and evenings, extending the impact of the launches through premium content.

Print

I also conceptualized and supervised a wide range of print and visual assets for the Discovery group’s channels (Discovery Channel, Discovery Science, Discovery Family, and Investigation Discovery). From advertising campaigns in trade publications to large-format materials for marketing activations, events, and press relations, every piece was designed to ensure strong visual consistency and to reinforce the channels’ brand image across all touchpoints.

Digital Design

For nearly seven years, I served as a Brand Designer for the Discovery group’s channels, tasked with creating and adapting key visuals for numerous flagship programs. From multi-platform roll-outs to adapting visual identities for print, digital, and event campaigns, every visual had to respect the channels’ editorial codes while maximizing the impact of the programs on the audience. This role allowed me to develop a solid expertise in art direction, branding, and visual communication within a demanding broadcast environment, where consistency, speed of execution, and creativity had to constantly coexist.

Campaign & Event Activations

Throughout my collaborations with Discovery Channel and Eurosport, I developed a versatile approach to video production, adaptable to a wide range of formats and objectives. I have contributed to the creation of on-air commercials, interviews, editorial content, and aftermovies for marketing activations and press events. This project diversity has allowed me to master the entire production workflow, from filming to editing, with a meticulous focus on pacing, visual identity, and brand consistency across every unique universe.

Motion Design

I also had the opportunity to contribute to the creation of a trailer for a special evening featuring Bad Chad Customs and Aaron Kaufman. For this broadcast project, I was in charge of motion design, conceiving and animating the trailer’s graphic elements using Adobe After Effects. This experience further strengthened my versatility in the television production industry, adding a strong motion and broadcast design dimension to my creative approach.
