Olympic Games

The challenge

For the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, On Location was awarded the contract to manage and market official hospitality spaces. The challenge: designing a premium experience for the Games' partners and VIP guests, standing at the intersection of sports, luxury, and international event management.

My role

As a Creative Producer, I was involved in the production of video and photo content for the hospitality programs. I led the creative direction, managed the production of digital assets, and coordinated with marketing and operational teams to translate the Olympic spirit into cohesive and immersive content.

OOH

I was involved in the visual design and executive production of dynamic display formats for airport VIP lounges. This required precise animation work and technical adaptation to transpose the campaign across various screens, ensuring it captured the attention of a demanding international clientele.

PRINT

I contributed to the graphic design and the roll-out of materials for luxury magazines and prestige guides. This involved the meticulous production and adaptation of layouts to enhance exclusive hospitality offerings, ensuring a high-end editorial finish.

Digital Strategy

To launch On Location’s official hospitality offering for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, I took full charge of the digital ecosystem. I conceptualized, designed, and built the marketing website for the campaign, elevating the user experience to luxury standards. In parallel, I developed a complete suite of bespoke newsletter templates for the digital marketing team, maximizing engagement and conversion among a prestigious international clientele.

Social Media

I led project management and overall coordination for the strategic countdown campaign leading up to the Olympic Games. I managed the entire production ecosystem from A to Z, orchestrating the efforts of partner agencies and a team of creative freelancers. This required precision project management to ensure an intense, seamless daily content flow that strictly adhered to the requirements of a premium brand.

Motion Design

I supervised and managed the operational roll-out of motion design campaigns across digital platforms. Acting as the direct interface between creative agencies and freelance motion designers, I coordinated both the technical and artistic production of animated assets. My role: ensuring strict compliance with brand guidelines, optimizing approval processes, and delivering high-impact, dynamic assets.
